The short version
- We only collect what we need to build your practice plans and answer your pilot request.
- We never collect information about children. Accounts and forms are for adult coaches and club staff only.
- We do not sell your data.
What we collect
- When you build a plan: your email address and your team settings (age group, number of players, practice length, equipment, focus and optional notes), plus the plan we generate.
- When you request a club pilot: your name, work email, club or league name, role and, if you give it, the number of teams.
- Technical data: standard server logs (such as time of request and browser type) kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
Please do not enter any child's name or personal information in the notes field.
Why we use it
- To generate your practice plan and limit free use (3 free plans per email).
- To reply to your pilot request and, if you agree to a pilot, set it up.
- To send you occasional product updates. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To improve plan quality, using team settings and plans in aggregate.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase stores the data in our database.
- Anthropic receives your team settings to generate the plan with AI. Your email is not sent to the AI.
- Vercel hosts the website.
These providers process data on our behalf and only for these purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your email and plans for as long as you use CoachPlanned, and delete them within 30 days if you ask us to.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop emailing you. Depending on where you live (for example in California or in the European Union), you may have additional rights under local law. Email us at [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will answer within 30 days.
